Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Mylo Prism (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a firm or company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. License grant
Mylo Prime LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on the number of Macs your license tier covers (Solo: 1 Mac; Firm: up to 5 Macs; Enterprise: per your agreement). A license key covers the major version it was issued for; updates within that major version are free, and new major versions may require a paid upgrade. The 14-day trial grants the same rights for evaluation only.
2. Third-party software and AI models — your responsibility
The App does not include an AI model. To read documents on your Mac, the App relies on third-party software and third-party AI models that you choose, download, and install — for example the Ollama runtime, and models published by third parties such as Google (Gemma) or others available through the Ollama library or huggingface.co.
Mylo Prime LLC does not create, distribute, endorse, or control these components, and is not responsible for them. Each is provided by its own publisher under its own license and terms, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with. Mylo Prime LLC makes no warranty of any kind regarding any third-party runtime or model — including its safety, security, accuracy, behavior, licensing, or fitness for your purpose — and accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from any model or runtime you download or use. Download models only from publishers you trust; the App's built-in guidance points to reputable sources, but the choice and the risk remain yours.
3. AI accuracy — review before you rely
The App proposes filenames and summaries generated by AI. AI output can be wrong, including in ways that look plausible. The App is designed so that nothing is renamed until you review and approve it, and you agree that you (not the App) are responsible for verifying every name and summary before relying on it. Proposed filenames and summaries are not docket data, legal advice, or a substitute for reading the document. Fields the App could not read confidently are flagged rather than guessed — treat flags as instructions to look.
4. Privacy
In its default configuration the App reads documents entirely on your Mac and uploads nothing. If you add your own Anthropic (Claude) API key, documents you explicitly send are transmitted to Anthropic under your account and their terms. Update checks fetch only a version number. 5. Purchases, refunds, and license keys
Purchases are processed by Stripe. License keys are delivered on the post-purchase page and can be re-retrieved from your Stripe receipt link. Contact support@myloprime.com for billing issues or refund requests. Keys are for your use (or your firm's, per tier) and may not be published or resold.
6. Updates
The App can check for and, if you enable it, automatically install updates. Automatic installs are verified against Mylo Prime's code-signing identity before anything is replaced, and an update beyond the major version your license covers is never installed automatically.
7. Warranty disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MYLO PRIME LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLO PRIME LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND MYLO PRIME LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY RUNTIMES OR MODELS (SECTION 2) OR FROM RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUT (SECTION 3). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. Sections 2, 3, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement about the App and supersede prior discussions. Mylo Prime LLC may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
